Describe a time or situation in which you have provided value-added service to our customers, colleagues, department.
When handling customer inquiries that are not related to China Shipments (inbound or outbound), I try to provide the customer with as much information as I know before handing the case over to the corresponding department. Keeping the customer as well informed as possible is vital.


What are your favourite things or what do you like to do outside of work?
Football, music and reading.


What are your pet peeves or what annoys you outside work?
Receiving cold calls. Although I understand that is their job, it still annoys me.


What is your favourite expression or quote/proverb?
"Work hard, play hard".


What do you like about your job at Royale?
The friendly relationships between departments and colleagues.
