Before you decide to work with an International Logistics company you will have lots of questions want answering. To help you here are just a few of the commonly asked questions posed to the Royale International Group.

The Royale International Group are able to supply you with various materials you may require. Delivery of these packaging materials usually takes around two days. You can order online or contact your local customer service department.

The size is determined by the x-ray scanner used at the customs. The maximum sized shipment a scanner can take is 100cm x 80 cm so aim to keep your shipments below these dimensions and don't exceed 30kg per box.  If you have larger items contact your local customer service representative and they will be able to make special alternative arrangements for you.
  • Can I arrange a pick up service on public holidays?
The international couriers are happy to pick up your order during public holidays if arranged in advance. You may have to pay a small service charge though so contact your local sales representative for further information.
  • What documents do I need to send with my packages?
Different countries may require different import documents for different commodities. All non-document packages will require invoices. A commercial invoice is required for commercial goods and a Proforma invoice is needed for all non-commercial goods.
